Get pick up at the hotel around 5.30PM. We start our evening walking tour at Old Quarter Hanoi’s corner. Enjoy the fresh beer which is also call “Bia Co” with peanut as the appetizer. At this corner, you can see Hanoi busy but still peaceful, when people are rush to back home after the working day. When light up and street is less busy, take a walk to a steam rice roll vendor restaurant. The chief just do each steam rice roll when you come to make sure you can enjoy the hot and nicest ones, so expect that you will take some time to wait and see how they make it.
The cold of weather will make you cannot refuse to stop at an outdoor barbeque stalls with variety of meats, vegetable and bread specialties that are flame grilled over hot coals for extra flavor. You can also sit down any street stall with local people to try grilled sweet potatoes and corn, so nice and warm.
Get your desert by strolling to another vendor to enjoy hot floating rice cake. The sweet of brown sugar cooking in water, hot of ginger and the delicious of cake will make you unforgettable. End of your day by sitting down a coffee house with the special egg coffee of Hanoi.
