ITINERARY BY DAY
This tour starts at 8:00 AM, our tour guide will pick you up and transfer you to the location where you will get your bicycle then we start cycling from here.
Our first destination we will cycle past Long Bien Bridge one of the oldest bridge that was built by the French in 1898, our tour will stop over in the middle of the bridge so you can learn about the history and see the beautiful Red River and from the bridge see the vast number of vegetable farms and fruit farms on the island and see the local people working at the farm.
Our tour will continue out of part of the city to explore the Red River Delta countryside, now we cycle to the countryside where we will cycle passed small trail roads and small villages where you get the chance to know more about the local life, and you will have chance to stop at the village to visit a family where you can learn more about how the local people live.
We then continue the tour cycling past the most beautiful paths of the red river delta we you can see the vast number of rice paddies, we will cycle past small roads in the middle of the ride paddies where you have chance to take pictures and see how the local people work.
Now we will cycle to visit a local market then will cycle through the dirt road and the more rural way to visit Co Loa’s ancient citadel that was built back in 275 BC where you can learn a lot about the history of Vietnam, after visiting Co Loa we continue cycling towards a fruit farm where you can enjoy the tropical fruits and can see how the farmers live you also have a chance to chat and ask many questions about their life. Then we continue our journey back to Hanoi for lunch at an authentic local restaurant
For the afternoon we start our cycling tour in the city, we will take you around all the amazing must see landmarks of Hanoi, and then away from the busy streets and give you an insight into the history and the culture of this great city.
