The house is conveniently located about 1km (10min bike ride) from the beautiful Hoi An Beach, 1km (10min bike ride) from downtown Hoi An – you won’t be too far from the action but won’t have to deal with all the noise and commotion. Around the house are fields of rice and vegetables. These are harvested daily for the local markets. Taxis are cheap and readily available with a phone call. You can also rent a bike which is a more enjoyable way of seeing the city about around $1/day/bike.

MEALS
Hosts can offer a complimentary light breakfast at their discretion. All other meals will incur an additional cost. Meals and any additional payment should be arranged directly with your host.

CONDITIONS
1.No smoking inside unit.
2.Pets are not permitted in rental units under any conditions unless agreed to in advance.
3.No damage is done to unit or its contents.
4.No shoes inside the house.
5.No charges are incurred due to contraband, pets or collection of rents or services rendered during the stay.
6.All debris, rubbish and discards are placed in dumpster, and soiled dishes are placed in the dishwasher.
7.All keys are left in the house.
8.All charges accrued during the stay are paid prior to departure.
9.No linens are lost or damaged.
10.No late check-out (extensions may be granted for an hourly fee)
11.All extra items provided by request are left inside the unit upon departure.
12.The renter is not evicted by the owner (or representative of the owner), the local law enforcement or the security company employed by Complex.
13.We respect our neighbors, so we do not allow parties. Please use the blinds for privacy, others can see into the unit.
14.Please leave the unit as you found it.
